Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond flavoring
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp cream of tartar

Directions
- Mix sugar and butter. Add egg and flavorings, mix. Stir in dry ingredients and blend. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
- Heat oven to 375 degress Fahrenheit. Divide dough, roll 3/16" thick. Cut with cookie cutters. Place in lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 7-9 minutes.
